Most installs are scheduled within 7–14 days of booking, depending on demand. Early-season bookings (October–early November) get the most flexibility.  

Bonus tip: Don’t hesitate to ask our crews — if they have extra supplies on hand, we may be able to give your home the simple “Silent Night” look the very same day.

Question 2: Do I need to be home during installation?

No. As long as we have access to power, you don’t need to be home. We’ll confirm design details in advance.

Question 3: What areas do you service?

We serve the greater Denver Metro area. For homes outside the area, give us a call to confirm availability.

Question 4: Can you wrap trees, bushes, or add wreaths and garlands?

Yes! We offer add-ons like tree wraps, greenery, and wreaths. Just let us know what you’d like during your quote.

Question 5: Do you offer permanent lighting?

Not this year, but we’re exploring permanent lighting for the future.

Question 6: How much does it cost?

Our average install ranges from $1,000–$2,000, depending on home size and design. Every quote is custom and transparent—no surprises.

Question 7: Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your installation date. The balance is due after installation.

Question 8: Do you offer financing?

At this time, we do not. Payment is due upon completion of your install.

Question 9: What if a storm or snow damages the lights?

If weather affects your lights, our guarantee covers repairs at no cost through the season.

Question 10: Are the lights safe for my roof/gutters?

Absolutely. We use commercial-grade clips and hardware designed to protect your roofline without damage.

Question 11: When do you take the lights down?

Removals typically begin the first week of January and continue through mid-month. We’ll notify you before your scheduled takedown.

Question 11: Can I keep the lights?

No, we provide and store the lights as part of our full service program. This ensures you always have the latest, safest, and best-looking products.
